I am a Registered Dietitian who has been providing health care and food service industry solutions for 25+ years.

My success stems from working at all levels within the foodservice industry including a dietary aide, sales representative for distributor/manufacturer, food service manager, clinical dietitian, restaurant owner, corporate dietitian to lastly consultant.
